🧪 Game Update Devlog
Hey everyone! Here’s what’s new in the latest update of my game:
🎨 Main Menu
- 🖼️ Updated the background image for a fresher look
- 🎛️ Redesigned the button styles for better visual consistency
- 📍 Repositioned the buttons for improved navigation
🧠 UX Improvements
- 🔊 Increased the “Bottle Up” sound volume — it’s now much clearer when a potion is successfully made
- ❤️ Added heart icons to the HUD to show how many lives you have left
- Includes new animations when a life is lost
- 🔤 Updated the game font to make the style feel more consistent across the experience
🕹️ Gameplay Changes
- 🐛 Fixed a bug where ingredients could get stuck on the cauldron
- ⏳ Added progressive difficulty:
- As the game progresses, players get less time per potion, adding more challenge
